Georgia A-Scary-Um!

On Wednesday, October 31, 2012, otherwise known as Halloween, Georgia Aquarium will transform into "Georgia A-Scary-Um"…and all kids 12 and under who are in costume receive FREE general admission! (up to two costumed kids are admitted free with one paid adult admission)

The Aquarium will be dressed in Halloween decorations and offer fun—and safe—trick-or-treating for all the kids. Each gallery will have a trick-or-treat station. There will also be lots of Halloween-themed arts and crafts and costume contests, all while Halloween music is playing throughout the Aquarium. How cool is that?!

Georgia Aquarium is also taking it “Green” this Halloween. They’ve partnered with Green Halloween, a non-profit, community initiative to create and provide healthier and more Earth-friendly options to families…you actually get to enjoy—and learn about—eco-friendly and animal-friendly Halloween candy!

So, dress the kids, dress yourself (no face masks for the adults, please), and go hang out with the batfish, spider crabs, and the ghostly beluga whales this Halloween.

When you're done here, head over to the wanderlust ATLANTA Facebook Page for more fun information about what's going on in Atlanta!
